Refund policy

🔁 Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 14 calendar days of receiving your order, in accordance with the EU Consumer Rights Directive.

To qualify for a return:

Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging
All accessories, manuals, and protective materials must be included
Proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email) is required

❌ Items Not Eligible for Return

We do not accept returns for:

Items damaged due to misuse or neglect
Items without original packaging
Personal care or hygiene-sensitive products once opened (e.g. earbuds, grooming tools)
Digital/downloadable goods
Products marked as non-returnable at checkout

⚠️ Wrong, Damaged, or Defective Items

If you receive:

The wrong item
A damaged or defective product (e.g. not working)

Please contact us at 📧 support@ichipp.com within 48 hours of delivery, and include:

Clear photos/videos of the issue
Your order number

We will offer a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.

🚚 Return Shipping

If the return is due to our fault (e.g. incorrect or faulty item):

For voluntary returns (e.g. change of mind):
➤ Return shipping cost is the customer's responsibility

❗️Please do not return any items without prior authorization.
Unauthorized returns will not be accepted or processed.

💰 Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned item:

You will be notified of approval or rejection
If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days
Shipping costs are non-refundable for voluntary returns

📦 Return Warehouse

Returns must be sent to the warehouse address provided by us via email, depending on your location (EU or UK).
